I have looked at the wiki and googled around, but i'm still confused. How do I get WINE to be used with a program installed from Linux's command line? How do I configure wine to launch the software I downloaded using

Wine should start automagically when you try to use an .dll file on Linux.

.dll files are windows files, wine helps Linux to deal with those files.
