I deleted Opulenz by mistake and didn't realize until I was going to use it
is there any way to download just the dll or do i have to reinstall lmms?

Yes, but i wonder if it his whole folder 'Opulenz' , with all the factory-presets, he has deleted
If its only the dll, then you fixed it :P
