I just download the appimage and I wonder to know if by installing it, this will overwrite the 1.1.3 lmms version installed.
Its as already mentioned always best to make a backup of all own stuff, before installing any upgrade to any software, and that automatically include lmms, but in case you had the idea that you could have
both installed, then im afraid you cant. lmms uses a configuration file, that prevent this, and you will get issues if you have more than one lmms version installed on the same system.
