I started making music with LMMS in October of 2017 and this is the result. Includes 11 instrumental tracks and beats. I hope you enjoy

IBUPROFIT-so far, for the first song, i wasn't really feeling it. the choice of instruments was great, but the enjoyment of the song goes further down as each instrument plays the same note. there's not as much harmony between them that would help you space out.
I do like the diverse array of things you brought to the track
SPECTORAL- this goes hard. The percussion drives home the reminder that it is still a hip hop track, but doesn't beat me over the head with it. my only complaint with this, is that it's a little repetitive..
ORGAINZ- this goes harder. similar to before, but with more consistent hip hop elements. it has better melodies and some of the quirky percussion pieces remind me of a time when "THIS PROJECT IS OVER" (current name of their channel) was popular
MINR PRBLM- despite the disjointed nature of the track, it sounded well produced. the clanging makes the song sound like it's taking place in a space manufacturing plant.
i'll update as i keep listening

IMPERIAL.KLOUT- pretty wicked. it was very immersive and i'm starting to think that this is a space opera. it kept my interest for the whole song, which is a nice change of pace because it seemed like you have a thing of the "midsong reset" to stop it from being too repetitive and switch the beat up a little.
GREES-BEEST- The percussion makes this song fall into the same loop as listed above because there was nothing that links together the loop until the 2nd half. the synth reminds me of the 90's hip hop and rock that involved a lot of vocal distortion and yelling.
so far, it's been overall pretty good.

i'm just impressed that you went all out into a themed, eleven song album. that's jumping into the pool where others dip their toes.

Well Im glad the sounds could come together the way they did. It kind of grew from one thing to the next until I realized all the tracks had a similar quality. Go big or go home in my opinion lol.

i'm gonna admit, i am disappointed that this isn't a space opera.

PREAUXB- i can accept it as the intermission of any album and it's about as interesting as that
YES- the beginning as dreamy as the soundtrack to the boss fights in dark souls. towards the end the songs get creepily calm as you fight. the rest is just kind of techno. i don't know that type of music as much
HAIL-SULTAN- the snare and cymbal really tie together the synths together. it adds impact
UNNATURAL ICE- out of all of the songs in this album, this one is pretty deserving of the it's electronic tag. the timing of some of the synths were a bit (unnatural!). also i liked the pan flute addition so there's that.
RELEAVE- it has a similar liftoff type intro as an earlier song and the title gave me further expectations that this was a space opera. it was a pretty relaxing listen, but i chock that up to the simple melodies that drone on and transition into another as they do in many of these songs.
i hoped you liked this analysis.
btw, all caps titles are for V A P O R W A V E and Kendrick Lamar's DAMN only

Hey I didnt say it WASNT a space opera, thats a cool concept and way to view it. I enjoy your interpretation of the last tracks, some of those were the first ones that I made. Overall what would you rate it/10?
I also agree about V A P O R W A V E and DAMN. I enjoy those both immensely. Now I just need someone to rap on these beats.

i don't think i'm familiar with it's genre enough to give it a score out of ten. maybe ask brandystarbrite
but i can give the best/worst.
best: IMPERIAL KLOUT and SPECTORAL/ORGAINZ
worst: IBUPROFIT and PREAUXB
but after all, this is just my opinion. it is overall pretty good
