(Note, this track is about 15% done, I literally just hit export mid-way because of this topic)

Anyways, here's the deal. I wake up, 2:30 in the morning, with this neat melody in my head (about 25 seconds into that .wav above), which I created in LMMS before promptly falling asleep. I wake up the next morning, and realize I feel like I've heard this melody somewhere before; is this just deja vu, or is this melody used in some song I've heard before?

Asking this because I worry if I continue this song and upload it, I'll be pointed out for plaigiarism.

even if that melody is from another song you heard, which it probably is because of lateral thinking, the ability to accuse you of plagiarism is based off of how you produce around that beat. so you'll be fiiiiiine, dude.

Okay, I just listened to it.
And I noticed that the part, after the snare roll, sounds kinda vaguely similar, to a track
an lmms user posted, sometime last year. But I can't remember what track that was.

Or maybe it's my imagination and it just happens to sound, like another Lmms music track.

But overall, that short wip sounds nice.
