Easypeasy Synth1 !
-not just because it is g o o d , but because you can find oneMio+1 readymade presets for EDM online (vira-scan!!)
I also like Oatmeal (difficult UI) and zynAddSubFX, but then you need to do like this:

The same plugins that musikbear suggested, can also make House,
Trance, Techno and even 80's style synth sounds and chiptune sounds.
