The "heartbeat" sounds would be easy enough, but how would you recreate the sireny noises?

-Actually, i do not think they are sirens. I believe they are ..frogs!
These sounds are quite similar to those you would hear in the amazonas, or other rain-forests

But sure you can build the sound.

With a LFO you will be able to make an oscillating sound, then its mostly about pitch and variation.

That is called 'kakafony' and is notes out of scale, that crashes against each other. Hard dis-harmonies perhaps layered several times.
Try to use the plugin Plate. That can make it 'thundering' and add vibration with LFO.
Try to construct one, upload on sound-cloud, and link us to your result, then we perhaps can give more pointers.

Btw - did you read your PM? - please follow the instruction for quotes..

I just read it and thanks for answering. I'll try to make my song by the end of March.
