I just downloaded LMMS and when I go to open I am getting the following error message:

"The LMMS work directory C:/Users/MyPC\lmms does not exist. Create it now?"

Do I just click "yes"?

Also are there any default acoustic guitar samples?

The last time I used windows, that always happened when I installed a program.

You have the option to accept the default install directory, or change it.

Because you're asking, you probably want to click yes.

Yes :) - this is something that is in the works to be changed. It is a bad and confusing message -Sorry

You will find many inside the zynAddSubFX collections
But the simplest thing is to use lmms really neat context-search

The pictures are outdated. Now the input-field is moved to top of sidebar
You can type in any token, (like acustic) and lmms will show folders where a preset has this token anywhere in the name.
