Soundfont and midi advice - Windows 10

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
I have just moved from Ubuntu (Linux) to Windows 10. I just need some help with both my soundfont file a issue I have with key matching with midi.

LMMS and my keyboard seem to pick up the built in midi in Windows. But I can't see the list of sounds. I kind of have to guess what matches the numbers in SF2 player. I looked at a few web sites for sound fonts and I don't trust them. Like one gave me a dodgy Microsoft warning. I also tried to get Fluidsynth and could not work out what to do for Windows.

My other issue now is. I have a 67 key keyboard. Now voices I choose to play through midi back to keyboard play an octave lower. I can't see any settings to change this. I never had this issue before. If I'm combining with voices on keyboard. It sounds really bad.

A list will only appear on SF2 fonts, that are build that way.
GeneralUser GS is GM and GS compatible:

Im not sure if you mean 'lower than in linux' then its weird, if not i believe its the base-note you need to adjust:
