Sadly no. what you ask for is a sampler, and we do not know any, that works 100% ok in lmms
Besides that, since you are new in Forum

I believe the request is about the possibility of displaying the scores of one or more instruments in the piano-roll.

On LMMS 1.2.0 One Small Clue Grace works 100% for me, but i think that i need someone other to test it to assert it.
P.S: I'm italian, so i maybe have understood bad, but the title is "Piano Roll" so i think he maybe means see different instruments on the same piano-roll, like in FL Studio, and that's not possible anyway.
Edit: Ipsum said that before me, lol.

I use Windows Vista, and point 1, 2 and 5 works for me, i have to test 3 & 4. If someone want to test it on linux or other os will help, too. The only thing is that the VST is a bit heavy and have some graphic glitch like having some lag when loading the GUI, but i think that's because my pc isn't so powerful. Instead a real bug is that the vst loaded has no name, but is a minor bug.

Absolutely! If Grace works and pass the 5 point, then its a big thing, nomatter if its 'only' on windows, or linux. Best is ofcause multiplatform !
So Linux users -dl and test!
5 point pass is a must!

Oh yes sorry, i've checked right now and it's windows only, i could share the dll but i think you need in any case some registry entries, so i think it won't work on linux or mac.
