Hi! I'm a drummer that is trying to use LMMS to chart music for my band. I don't read music and I don't know much about composition (go easy on me) but this is a good way for me to get my ideas to the folks who do.

The rest of the band uses MuseScore to chart music and that allows charts to be exported to PDF format. Is there any way to get LMMS projects to export charts, or to import my compositions into MuseScore?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Yes you can export to midi-notes, and those can be converted to charts, either in your friends musescore, or you can use Anvil-Studio, and buy a chart-module for the otherwise free program.
You find the Export-to-midi in LMMS newer than 1.1.3:
