The original crunk sample was four-word music, but I made it over two minutes and arranged the original melody line with modifications, so can I sell it without any copyright issues? Or register as my own song??

No sorry, that you can not. The project(s) are owned by the composer, and you will need to ask the composer, if you can use his composition.
Try open the notes, and see if there is any contact information there
