Im just gunna set something up so you can see my problem and you can help me, anyone.

Lets say Im setting up a "beat" or what have you in piano roll but I notice in the editor that it goes a whole section over. Why is this?

Any then I look closer/zoom in and see THIS:

Towards the end of the beat. It has a LITTLE AND I MEAN LITTLE SLIVER OF SOUND THERE AND ITS MAKING ME QUITE MAD. Anyone know how to fix this? So that it may not overlap? PLEASE HELP.

Because in DAW's music is played pr bar.
If a bar is initiated, the whole bar play. That is standard.

But we need to remove your 'madness-feeling' -Luckily it is extremely easy.
You have used slightly elongated -eg not std notes, but just :
* Mark everything
* Set the Q valute 1/192
* Set magnification to 400%
* 'Grab' the right-end of any of the marked notes
* drag it ever so gently to the left, as you inspect the end-point of any note. When you see that i 'fit' inside the bar, you will have adjusted all the notes, in one go, and your beat will return correctly.
