LMMS won't open after installation

I installed LMMS (ran as admin) on my windows 10 Pro PC (x64) and can't make it passed the launching screen that shows the logo. I've looked everywhere and can't find an answer for this.
My specs-
CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 1800x 8-core CPU
Ram- 24gb DDR4
GPU- 1050ti 4gb Windforce
Mobo- ASUS AM4 Prime X370-A
(Using onboard audio)

Are you seeing any errors ?

Do you see this warning?
If so, click
"continue"
If not, what lmms do you attempt to use?
Did you get from our off. pages?

I downloaded the x64 1.1.3 and I have no errors or prompts, just the logo boot up sequence which crashes. I don't even get a logo on the tool bar to show the program's active.

*De-install current installation
*move the config dot-file

*download a fresh new installation-pack either x32 or x64 of
LMMS 1.2.0 RC6 Orange buttons!

The fault is caused by a win10 sec. update from may
