accidently deteted a track

i dont want to save it, it might get overwrited. i spent 8 hours on it. someone please help!

There are two backup-systems i LMMS
1) you should have a file named <projectName>.BAK in your project-folder
That file represent the pre-ultimate saved file!
2) A file named recover.mmp. Find and rename that file to <projectName>Ver2.mmp, then open that by double-clicking or finding it using File| Open, in the File-dialog.
