Tension in the mix

Hi, I ran some demos and the sound was good. Even the instruments used in the demos worked fine. However when I try to use any synth like triple osc, there is a static inbetween key presses, I'm assuming it's when the note ends. This static is there even during playback and export. What is the problem exaclty? do I have to pass it through an fx channel? Is it better if all instruments pass through an fx channel? Regards

I think you mean a 'clicky artefact'?
That is caused by going from a high volume to no-volume.
You remove it by giving the envelope a tiny release.

This is btw one of the most common problems :)
