Problem with Tempo in LMMS

I have seen that when I import an exported song from LMMS into another DAW (like FL Studio or Tracktion T6), even at the same tempo, the song gradually seems to lag. It does not match the metronome click. Though initially it seems fine but gradually it gets noticeable. It is very annoying when I am going to record vocals with another DAW. Why does this happen?
I first noticed this problem in the latest RC6 version.
I have tested it several times but ended up with the same problem and no solution.

You may have found a new bug. Can you please upload a project, that you have noticed this in, and link us to the file. Also upload the export YOU get on soundcloud, for comparing our exports

No it's not a bug. LMMS is a strong and stable DAW. I love to use it.
Actually it was a small mistake I made but could not find before. I have fixed it.
