Nice tracks.
All My Love To You lacks a development, for example a melody development, or harmonic development, or a variation in instrumentation, Idk. Otherwise, I like this style.
I would say the same thing for This Old Town.

edit : clearly, I prefer your last two tracks to the first two.

Agree with @D.Ipsum regarding development.
I would add to it balancing sounds, e.g. I think kick sound is high in "This Old Town". I like what you have done in "All My Love to You" and feel it is better than the latter, considering sound balance point.
