I want to create my own meditation music, similar to this >>YOUTUBE<<

It is important that its a free VST.

Also, I do got some recordings from the woods that is around 2 minutes, is there a way to loop them with a nice seamless fade? Right now I can only get it to repeat but that makes a horrible and noticeable transition.

EDIT: Also, what tone/note is mostly used?

That is simple pads for Ambient atmosphere, and you will find many many presets in most pack for Synth1
Zasfx pADD-synth is also very good for this.

That's a tough one to answer, because the tone or note of the entire tune, is sometimes
based on the musicians personal tastes.

Thank you for your answers! Sorry for so late reply. I found a great vst for awesome sounds, with some of the built in strings in LMMS.

Everything from HG Fortune is simply Highest class

NB -The list of VSTs Instruments * that does work in LMMS is -with the release of 1.2.0, quite obsolete.
Almost all VSTs Instruments works in 1.2.0!
We are actually more interested to know those very few, that does not work!

* VSTs effects-plugins does not have this high success in LMMS
