Lmms Freezes when i try to save

Recently, whenever i try to save a project, lmms will freeze, and eventually crash.
When i hit "save as" the save as window will appear. The window will be blank, but after waiting, it will turn to normal.
However, when i type in any letter, Lmms will crash.

What should i do? Any help is appreciated.

odd.. buts lets see

* open the project Greippi - Krem Kaakkuja.mmpz from the folder: //projects\demos/
* change a couple of volume dials, just to get the project in the 'changed project state'
* Do a ' safe as '
Does the freeze happens here?

If it does not, it indicate that your freezing project has a flawed component, maby a VST or a sound-file with errors.
If it is a MMP-file we may be able to do something

If indeed it does freeze, it is ..odd

* OS (+service-pack-version)
* lmms version
* hardware specification (ram & soundcard is the most important)
