Hello, excuse me if this question is missplaced but ive been searching for a way to hear live auto tuned vocal feedback and have been unsuccessful so far. Is this a possibility without having to pay for some type of plug-in?

No, DAW's need to process the sound in replay. If you do not have notes in song-editor, together with the spoken words, as sound-recordings, you cant synthesize any auto-tuned output.
The HW you need for that is different.
