My Lmms app just randomly closes mid session

So for a while my lmms app has just been randomly closing in the middle of me making a beat. At first it wasnt happening often, only when I was touching up a beat. As it started to happen more and more I started to use lmms less, until I recently got a keyboard and spent a good hour working on a fire beat then the app froze, said "lmms inst responding" in the top left and just closed....

Which version of lmms are you using?
Which OS/version are you on?

So something that has started gradually, and becoming more severe -Right?
A lot of people never shut of their pc's, they just 'sleep' them. If you do that a lot of temporary 'junk' is accumulated, and you need to remove it!
If you have done a lot of installing and downloading you should clean browser-buffer: ctrl+f5, too

If its not the 'sleep' issue, then please post your:
* OS (+service-pack-version)
* lmms version
* lmms sound device chosen
* hardware specification (ram & soundcard is the most important)
* Name Mark and version of MIDI-Hardware
* Latency setting
* lmms instrument involved
* lmms preset (if a factory preset is used)
