What instrument or effect could I use to recreate this helicopter-like sound?

it is playing during the whole song in this video, but is the only thing playing after everything else stops (9 seconds).

Many songs use similar sounds. for example, Lorde - "Green Light" at about 34 seconds in the video.

Does anyone know of any free VST instruments or effects and what settings I would use to achieve this sound in LMMS.

There is a helicopter-patch in the soundfont general-userGS https://lmms.io/wiki/index.php?title=Us ... _resources
-But anything with a low-freq-osc (LFO) can emulate that

thanks for the help.

can I get a more specific answer. what kind of sound should i start with? what settings should I use on the LFO?

I've tried effects with a LFO before and haven't been able to get close to this sound.

I don't want it to sound exactly like a helicopter. I want it to be like the sound in the video links.

the patch in GeneralUserGS doesn't sound like what I'm looking for.

So more like 'tab-dancing' and less 'helicopter'
I understood you vice-versa...
In fact i would say, that the sequence in first example, is made with a velocity variation snare-pattern, and that in Lorde's is similar but also low-pass filtered.
Are you familiar with velocity control?
