It was on KVR i believe and there really where no context, he just mentioned pathes for "Vangelis Pads and RMOs"

RMO? That term looks familiar.

Okay. I did some scouring on google, and believe it or not,.....
Apparently, RMO stands for Rubidium Master Oscillator.

And Gps is right. There is a topic on kvraudio, and a few of the people there
commenting, did make mention, of RMO's in the synth 1 vangelis presets.
