Otherwise it's true that it would be nice to have several competitions, with different themes...

Question about the rules,

The rules state that the song must be made 100% in LMMS.

If I use a plugin that was not issued with LMMS through Vestige, is that against the rules and would disqualify my entry?

No, it works. You have the right to use both VesTige and Sf2, as long as it is done on LMMS.

Thanks, it was answered on another thread by Jacoby Davis, Plugins being used with Vestige are ok to use.

I do have another question though, are samples and one shots permitted that have not come with LMMS?

Reason I ask, I want to include in a song the sound of like when a Vinyl record deck is powered off suddenly, I do have my own Vinyl decks and records but if I can use a sample I can download it would be much easier.

Is that permitted and can be used without disqualifying my entry for BoL VI?

I think that as long as the music remains produced by LMMS, you can use as many external samples and samples.
