Nothing precisely like that but we have waveshapers, limiters and compressors and this can be used to achieve the same result as the video explained. The 'waveshaper' (native) would be for the saturation/distortion part and then just search for a compressor or limiter in the search field when adding an effect and you should be able to stitch something like that together.
