Half of my samples aren't playing

Hey first time poster here,

So I just made my first beat last night and saved it before I went to sleep after work I came home and booted it up but out of all the instruments in the song editor only half are playing and idk what to do please if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I don't know it my opinion really helps but is there a possibility that the other samples could be muted?

That is odd.
As you write in your second post, it could be that the track is muted.
Muting can be done in many different controllers in LMMS, so there are more than one thing you need to check!
1) The actual AudiofileProcesser-preset:

* Is the preset-volume-dial different from 0
* Is the AMT dial (above the wave-window) different from 0

2) The Track

* is the diode green?
* Is the track-volume-dial different from 0

3) Mixer

Did you link the preset to a bus? If not -You ought always use Mixer, but in this case Mixer can be ruled out, BUT if you has linked to a Mixer bus, Then..
* Is the Mixer diode green?
* Is the Mixer slider position different from 0

(almost there.... :p

Finally your computer can mess thing up, well YOU can make your pc mess things up...
If you have
* moved
*renamed
*deleted
any files or folders in your LMMS installation, then the linking is broken!
You can see broken links like this

To the left a perfect linked sample
To the right a broken link!
! Observe:
* no file-name
* no wave-spectrum in spectrum-view
