There are several nice plucks in the zasfx folders, but basically it is a(ny) waveshape (here i hear a saw and quite a lot of square) with a very short attack, no sustain, and a fast decay.
Tripple-OSC is a good choice as instrument.
Notes are played as
chords, quite often di-ades -Eg only
1. and 3. note of the triad !

That's a layer. There are chords playing that are plucks in the background and the main melody is done by a lead with slide you could easily reproduce i think using LB302 (or with 3osc using the 808 slide in piano-roll). For the pluck edit a ZynAddSubFX Preset as MusikBear said.

Also i guess that's a fake track as it doesn't exist on any official channel on youtube, and is just exactly the famous track "Bella Vita" (which means beautiful life) by DJ Antoine (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rkvn52YD7es) made in Alan Walker style. I could be wrong anyway

Ok, thank you! Also, it probably was an Alan Walker style song since I couldn't find an official video posted by Alan.
