Using the 303 lead might have been a bit much, but other than that, it's a solid track. Great work!

Personal opinion here, please don't make it personal.
I don't like the sound of that "triangle" shaped sound, because for me it is not pleasant to the ears.
At the same time in the fastest parts, the sound gets nicer with the whole melody. Who would tell xD.

The trick to make good calm sounds is to make them more sweet and less aggressive. Or ear it many times as you can until it makes you sick. Good noises don't do that.

You can go around it by adding some sweeping effect in it, or even a slow LFO.

Regarding the melody it feels nice.
