Izotope Vinyl Mutes Track

I'm trying to use the Izotope Vinyl plugin for some lo-fi stuff, but whenever I launch it in LMMS is just mutes the track rather than applying any effects to it. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, how did you fix it? Thanks!

Try using the ViNyll Emulator plugin that comes with lmms. While I am not familiar with the Izotope Vinyl plugin, I do know that the lapsda vinyl emulator does work and probably will produce the same vinyl effect.

Use Izotope Vinyl in Audacity but absolutely avoid the LADSPA Vinyl plug in if you value your sanity. It's incredibly broken and only works like 1 out of 10 times. I like to make my piano melodies and chords in LMMS and then export them separately into Audacity to put Vinyl effects over them. Izotope plugins work fantastic in Audacity but not in LMMS.

May i ask what version of LMMS you have tried izotope's plugins with?
