Can I copy an LMMS Preset into FL20

Not sure this is the right forum.

I have a wonderful relationship with a preset in LMMS and want to move \ copy it into my FL20.

It's "WetBrass-0098" in the ZynAddSubFx > Collections

Is this legit? Can it be done?

Legit and doable. You will however need the VST version of ZynAddSubFx. The one in LMMS is not compatible with FLs.
After you have installed ZynAddSubFx-VST in FLs (i do not know how) then just copy the LMMS preset of your choice, into the VST-installation of ZynAddSubFx in FLs
