Hello!
I recorded nodes via MIDI. But they do not harmonize with the rhythm.
How can i stretch/scale them in time to fit ?

Well you do not!
Scaling the notes is the same as changing the notes, so the melody would change -It would be slowed down!
You issue is a wrong time-signature

Did you watch the video? It is all about getting the correct timed fit for the scale of the notes
You need to set a new time-signature for the current recorded notes
