Cant strech notes on piano roll

Hey. So when I go tp the paino roll and try to strech a note, it doesn't strech and its green. help?

I tried on the triple oscillator and on a riser but both are having this problem

Im almost sure you have chosen the select-tool, "rubber-square' instead of the draw-tool 'pencil'
check that! -And if you do have the pencil tool, then try and restart LMMS.
