Ability to drag VSTs around LMMS by clicking VSTs anywhere

yeahp, it would be a cool ability to click a VST anywhere and be able to drag it around LMMS instead of just the top bar because a lot of the times the top bar of a VST gets buried under the UI and you have to go to the right of LMMS and scroll upwards to be able to click on the VST top bar to drag it around again
