Overwritten File Recovery

Yooo,
so I accidentally saved over a song I was working on - I saved over it with a completely blank slate....
There is a back up file but, it was also overwritten.
Is there any hope of recovery?

Ohno.. Then you must have saved twice or more, and then there is no chance.
