Can't drag any windows if they are on most top of main window. It's a bug I think.

Hello all,
I'm using 1.2 with Windoze 10 and have the same prob.

The top bar of the window in question disappears underneath the main bar at the top of the UI - so that the window can't be moved of vertically scrolled. It's pretty frustrating.

But I have a (kind of) fix. If you expand the problematic window all the way to the right (by dragging its right-hand edge) then a new scroll bar appears on the right hand side, which can be used to scroll up to find the top of the problematic window. It's hard to explain. But maybe worth a try?

I'm not sure if this is your problem but you can use the mouse wheel to drag the window down.

In 1,2,0 You do not have to expand the window. Just click outmost to the right and you can scroll
