You are referring to half of a semitone -right? That is not possible, unless you use a spectroscope and re-tune using the PITCH wheel, and that would only give you one note......... :|
In the works is support of zasfx micro-tonal-tuning, but even though zasfx do have this feature, LMMS cant use it, for now.
If you ask how to place notes on 1/32, you just alter the Q-value in piano-roll, but i think its semitone-micro-tuning
