Cool, man. This actually gave me some inspiration for a track I'm working on that's intended to sound dreamy, but I've been having some writer's block on the lead melody.

Personally, the piano doesn't sound bad, and the loud hi hats suit this tune well, and give it an 80's sound vibe. Semi loud hi hats in music, are not uncommon. And were present in a good amount of 80's songs. But if you think the hi hats are too loud, then go ahead and lower it down a tiny bit. Don't lower it down too much though. But personally, I have no problem with the loudness of the hi hats, or the sound of the piano.
