Is there any way to pitch down a sample withoud speeding it down?
I heard about a vst called calfa reubberband or sth but idk if it works like that

in lmms we have the pugin 'pitchshifter', but even though it does 'do the job', there is distortions as well, so the pitch-change is not clean and crisp, but try it, maybe its an effect that you like

Otherwise you need to use a program like Audacity, and work with several audio-clips
