JCM900 vst plugin only through left channel

I have been experimenting with the free JCM900 vst plugin, a guitar ampifier you can use like an FX in your tracks. The problem is that the sound of the plugin is only coming through the left channel. If I pan the track to the right, I only hear the dry sound without the effect.
Does anyone has experience with similar problems?

Unfortunately there is still many vst effects that does not work in lmms. i doubt you can get a real stereo signal. You can force the same signal from both channels with a stereo matrix, but it is not stereo
