Is that possible? I.e. I want a harp sound with attached effect, but duplicating piano roll is inconvenient, since then I cant easily preview what I enter.

As a side question, is there a spectral plot view to see how several tracks lay down - i.e. if they have spectral interference?

I am afraid it is a no to both.
Except in zasfx, because zasfx can do exactly that

I would think you can find a spectral-interference plugin, but LMMS does not have one natively
