Tracks aren't in sync

Hello! Thanks for looking into my thread, I hope you'll be able to help! :3

So I have this song where the tracks, when you play the song, go out of sync. I thought at first it was just that thing where when you hold the CTRL and left mouse, the tracks ignore the increments and move smoothly. But when I tried fixing them into their increments, the notes in the piano roll still aren't! ;0;

Like, tHEY'RE OUT OF THE INCREMENTS!
LIKE, THE LINES FOR THE MEASURES DOUBLED?!

Now there's this weird out-of-sync sound whenever I just play it and I don't know what to do!

Please help me! I've been pouring my heart on this project for weeks now! ;0;

It is kinda hard to explain... It's like the bars and measures duplicated because of the placing of the notes...
