there is no sound

Hello! im new to lmms and decided to try it today after it was reccomended to me i started putting notes and decided to hit play but there is no sound! does anyone know how to fix this? Much Aprecciated!

I would like to ask you to watch Rookie-guide, and follow what is demonstrated. If you then still has issues then we need to look at your current Settings, but first try and see if you can fix this through

* Name of your Operative System (Windows/ Linux/ Mac) And subtype ('Home' 'Mint' '10.13' aso)
* lmms version
* lmms sound device chosen
