On Windows Your
own materiel is
default saved in your
Documents-folder
Documents/ LMMS/
On Linux it is
Home/ LMMS/
Im afraid that you are out of luck, if the old pc you have used, is completely dead, and you havent made any backups of your Home or Documents-folder.
If you on the other hand has not used default settings, and specifically has used your USB for all paths in
Settings, then your files must be there, but not if you have used default Settings
