I'm new to LMMS.
I'am running the Version 1.2.1 (win32/x86_64, Qt 5.4.2, GCC 4.9.4 20150716 (prerealease)) on a 64bits Windows 10 Pro 1909 (18363.815)

I possess a MIDI input USB Keyboard: SAMSON Graphite M32

Following instructions at https://lmms.io/wiki/index.php?title=Using_MIDI and youtube tutorials, I haven't succeded in using it with LMMS.

I haven't found my midi keyboard in the list neither a topic about it in the forum archives (except for a too short one lasting from 2018).

If you have time and knowledge to make my SAMSON Graphite M32 interract with LMMS, help would be welcome.

Everything you have mentioned is fine with lmms. Nice pc!
Then there is your SAMSON Graphite M32, but you already have followed the guide, so there i cant really add anything.
I do need to repeat 2 things:
* Keyboard should be turned on before you start lmms
* Correct MIDI-cable is important
I fear you have both these correct as well
Then its down to defect cable or bad drivers or some setup thing, if there are any options for that.
I would try and reach out to the manufacturer, and ask if they have a solution -Maybe they need to make new drivers
