Problems with Kick 2 Drop-down Menus and LMMS

Not sure if anyone else has this issue but when I run Kick 2 in LMMS through VeSTige I can't use any of the drop-down menus in Kick 2. The menus will appear for a second but then disappear, meaning I can't search through my presets, nor alter any of the settings for Kick 2.

For reference, when I used Kick 2 in Cakewalk by BandLab all of the menus worked perfectly. So I'm thinking that something in LMMS is causing the menus in Kick 2 to be unusable.

If anyone can provide any help regarding this issue, I'd be grateful.

Hi! What is Kick 2 ?

There are other instruments that has issues with drop down menus and what they have in common is being based on JUCE. The ones that comes to my mind are Dexed and Helm.

One of our developers (DomClark) will make a workaround for this issue on the development branch (master). I can't give you a timeline for this but I would guess in a couple of months or so.

I'm not a coder, but turning embedding off works for me at the moment until LMMS gets an update.
