I was working on a project, I saved it, five minutes later I was going to open it and I couldn't, It was saying this
The file C: /Users/briam/Desktop/LmmsBeats/Project5.mmpz apparently contains errors and therefore cannot be loaded

i'm working in windows 10

I am afraid that this project-file is lost. You can see that i enhanced the mmpZ-extention
When a mmpZ file has errors, then it is not possible to rescue.
But you have backups!
Lmms has two backup/ rescue systems, at least some of your work should be possible to get back
