the sound is being weird.

when i try to play the song the sound only starts 8 tabs later. help
That sounds very odd..
One reason could be that you by accident has removed the velocity of the first notes.
Open the piano-roll for the notes that does not play, and look for the positions of the velocity-bars :
If that bar is at 0%, then there is no output
