Ok Alex, it looks like there is some problem with a 'part' of your project. An instrument or an effect or file, but you need to keep the discussion in forum, and not PM'ing me, because we want all sues to be in the open, and all solutions to be for everyone, even though this issue obviously is very specific for your pc.
Have you by chance used
CALF multiband compressor
That plugin has been known to crash !
What i would advice you to do now, is
1) In windowsExplorer create a
copy of the best backup. That copy is your
fail-safe, and it should not be touched at all!
2) open the best backup you have, and then examine the project for all the non-factory components, and then remove them one by one. Every time you remove one, try to save, but do it with
save-as and choose a completely different name for the file, and save in format
