does fabfilter pro l work for other people?

does fabfilter pro l work for other people? i just got it and when i use it it makes my son glitch and takes some things out. that only happens when the window is open tho, if i close it it runs fine. is it my computer?

Fabfilter pro l? I have heard about it, but I've never used that plugin before.
